hi, i m young and i started to have this problem call hair loss.
i find out that everytime i wake up in the morning, pillow wil see 4 to 6 pieces of hair noticeable. my hair are easy to be oily. went to so call-ed treatment and the said my body contain lots of "virus" , my skil easily to be oily as on my head. she said head part is the most sensitive part and my face are easily to become oily too. so i guess oily is the main reason of my hair lossing.

what should i do? i was told to buy some chinese medicine , boil and drink it to reduce so call-ed "virus" inside my body. i havent try the medicine yet. and i m really hopeles now and depressed now. faced the hair problem since i was late of 18.

studying in college, and facing oily days, hot sunny days during that time.

i head of using monodixil 5% can help, anyone know where can i get that? it that really help? anyone can share ?

Hi.

Been a while.

I wish to buy hair cream to comb & style my hair.

Any recommendations?
Product that was good for hairloss of course.

I like the smell of 'Follow Me' hair cream though.

I can say, the combination of Proscar, Himalaya protein shampoo, Biotin 5000mcg with zinc and Vits B supplement works good...

The product i bought from USA which is original, cost = USD53.75, and the transport is abt USD35. Thus, total is around USD90. I bought it from amazon.com.

Try to test it about 2 to 5 mths, if not effective, better change.
I say above statement, it is not confuse you, just based on i have use many hairloss product that all scam product. Try buy product which is health or drug approved. So far i believe rogaine is the best with BAWANG (maybe shampoo you can find other brand).
That is one guy give comment already 189 weeks, he has test product and post picture http://baldmanunited.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html. Remember see the history as well.
Hope we all grow hair. Cheer. smile.gif

hi, i've heard ppl taking proscar 5mg instead of propecia 1mg.. they cut the proscar into 4 pieces, each containing 1.25mg of finasteride MSD.. they say it's a better way to save money since propecia is about rm150 per month n if u cut the proscar into pieces, it'll cost roughly rm45 a month.. is it safe and effective to do so..? unsure.gif

Are you taking only Biotin?

BTW, is the hair regrowth/loss control regimen any different for hard training individuals?

Proscar only; in that picture.

Now, Proscar, minoxidil and Biotin.

Hard training?
You mean weight lifting?

No different.
It won't intefere with hair regrowth.

I jogged 30 minutes and did some weight training myself; dumbells only.
