Yes they do. A friend of mine had to sign a 3k++ package in January 2014. Sadly, no difference.

yes, they will ask you to sign package.
i was there for more than half year. doesn't work for me.
a lot of baby hair growing but can't control my hair fall problem.
no point if the amount of hair falling > hair growing
my hair is even lesser than the time before i start the treatment.
