Ya, will hold as long as market sentiments are good. For now, it looks like everybody forgot the events of the last few weeks.

My question is how good will next quarter be? With current high exchange rates, will this prevent people from taking vacation? Will it affect their profit & revenue? As far as my office goes, nobody is talking about their next vacation trip anymore like they used to.

AirAsia was in focus on Thursday again as investors chased up the low-cost carrier as Maybank Investment Bank Research said that fears about it heading into deep financial trouble were overblown.

“We see no such risk - balance sheet and cashflows are much sturdier than back in 2008-2009. Fears overblown and stock is trading significantly below its intrinsic value. Maintain Buy,” it said.

“We remain adamant that AirAsia is a Buy as all the negative elements have been priced in but the positives have been ignored.

"The short positions have largely been unwound and a floor of 78 sen seems to have been established,” said the research house.

I knew it drop into a bottomless pit far way down for too long. Looks like it could hit RM1.50?
