http://www.cinemablend.com/new/50-Curious-...ages-11166.htmlQUOTE 50 Curious Case Of Benjamin Button ImagesThe jury’s still out on The Curious Case of Benjamin Button but one thing seems to be certain: Visually at least, this is a stunning film. Paramount has just released 50 new still photos from the movie. Each is more stunning than the last. I’ve dropped four sample images below, see the rest in high-res over in our Curious Case of Benjamin Button image gallery. "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," adapted from the 1920s story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, stars Brad Pitt as a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards. Look for it in theaters on Christmas day. QUOTE

The movie still got no release date in Malaysia? Hope they wont show it after the Oscar season next year. The movie has 167 minutes running time! Wonder how much they will cut for Malaysian cinema...

Is this showing in Hollywood yet? Brad is more like Tony Leong, finest actor of his time.

Nope. The release date in U.S is 25th December Christmas Day. Same release date as Bedtime Stories and The Spirit. A worrying sign considering the movie had a massive 150 million budget and almost 3 hours running time. I think they will struggle to make profit from the U.S market.

http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/12/23/the-cu...that-never-was/QUOTE The Curious Case of the Better Benjamin Button Poster That Never Was Most people I talk to agree that The Curious Case of Benjamin Button theatrical character posters are ugly and boring. I wonder why Paramount Pictures/David Fincher chose not to use the piece of promotional art which can be seen below (found in the studio’s Oscar advertising campaign) as part of the film’s theatrical marketing… /Film reader and graphic artist Bruno V created this poster mock-up using the above photo:

I'm love movies like Big Fish, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, What Dreams May Come and etc. It's all so... quirky and heart warming at the same time. I am SO GONNA watch this movie. Max Payne had 'cool scenes.' And No Country For Old Men didn't have 'timeline' nor 'cool scenes' and yet it won.

i also felt it was a bit too long and dragged a bit in certain segments. the opening half hour was very engrossing (the CG effects look so seamless, its quite amazing). it meandered a bit during the middle (esp the boat scenes and rekindling with his father), but the ending bits left me feeling all mushy and teary-eyed. its essentially a beautiful love story, and makes u treasure those you cherish the most in life. great flick to watch together with a loved one.
