My loan was obtained last year when rates were still quite good. Rates have dropped since. Plus i got my property evaluation waived, no MRTA, no insurance (as paid on my own), 3 yrs lock in, 3% early settlement penalty. BLR-2.3% for whole tenure. Flexi loan with OD.

sometimes, it is a risk to take.. either to take a fix -BLR plan for whole tenure
or take the first few year cheaper... then a fix one after that....

Yes if there is a big difference. At that time i worked out many different options with different banks. The best seemed to be BLR -2.3% for the whole tenure. Anyway, my loan period os only 15 yrs so not much risk there. If the rates go up too much, ill pump in some liquid cash and settle the entire loan.

guess 150k will be around -1.9 or a little higher... just got mine for -2.25 on >500k. Make a few call to the banks' officer, think they will be more than happy to give u a rough estimate on the market rate.

I just bought a condo at mont kiara and needs financing. I heard OCBC is offering BLR - 2.3% with 5 yr lock in period. Not sure whether this rate still exist. BTW any bank offer any better rate than this.

hi guys, will like to clear out some confusion here.

ok, the property i'll like to buy is RM330k.
So basically deposite is RM33k.
LEgal n S&P n loan agreement total about RM15k.
MRTA put into loan.

So, currently i onl have 40k cash in hand. If total deposite is 33k + legal, snp, loan agreement is 15k. Total i need to have is RM48k on hand?

any option? my thought is i'll like to withdrawn from my KWSP as well as my partner. but, issit enough time to get money before pay off Lawyer fee,snp and L.A?

Is it a Zero Entry Cost package? Full flexi? How much is the early settlement fee? What is the available loan tenure?
*
It is non zero moving cost but the legal fees, stamp duty and valuation fees can be financed into the loan on top of 90%.

There r Semi Flexi and the early settlement is 3% of loan amount.

The available tenure can up to aged 65 years old and for diploma holder above , tenure can up to 70 years old(aged must 21-35)

The BLR -2.1% WHOLE TENURE FOR LOAN >200K & BLR-2.3% WHOLE TENURE FOR LOAN >300k are still available and it's LIMITED.

Do contact Alan @ 016 5988 379 for further info and submission.

TQ
