On my way Senior Member 590 posts Joined: Aug 2005	to use the proxy method(d/load .pkg using PC), u must 1st sign in to PSN store and initiate the d/load and pause. maybe borrow your neighbour's internet access for 5 minutes?

On my way Senior Member 590 posts Joined: Aug 2005	just normal updates can use proxy, start the d/load proxy, grab the link, then cancel the update and d/load using PC. go play other games while waiting for PC finish. then use the proxy program to link to the .pkg update file and redo update process.
