Rules & Regulations:
1) Players:
1) 6 players for match.
2) Match will still proceed as normal if a team has less then 6 players.
3) There will be no postponement of match date so as to be fair to the players thats made time off from their personal matters to attend and play , the responsibility lies in the team ics (in charge) to gather their men on the said date.
4) Players who have played for a particular team in the tourney, will not be allowed to play for another team
2) Time:
1) Every tuesday (Once a week), Starting on 8.7.2008
2) Duration : 2 months
3) Latency:****Note: We may/may not face latency issue in COD4
1) Latency issues lies with the individual players own ISP
2) Team ICs have to chose their player with the best latency as host
3) Team ICs ARE to field players with good latency.
4) No special allocation will be made as it’s their ISP issue.
5) If more then 3 players in the team has orange dot ping (1 bar) then a host change is required.
6) 4 yellow pings and above a change of host is required
7) If its a mixture 4 players with bad connection a change of host is required
8) If the above criteria is not met the match will go on regardless as yellow ping and above is to be considered playable. Try to get the best host for best ping/signal available, match will still continue.
9) I don’t see much of a problem here since all our players are mainly from the ASEAN region.
10) If 1 or 2 players disconnects at the same time, play to continue as disconnections are part and parcel of online gaming. If 3 or more d/c at the same time, map to be replayed.
4) Maps and modes:
1) Match will consist of 6 games. All 5 modes will be played throughout the whole competition. Search N' Destroy modes will be hardcore
2) Each team will host 3 games.
3) NO spectators allowed in any games to allow fairness among the teams.
4) First round (round robin/league round) and 2nd round (determine placings/knockout)

TDM-Vacant (each team will host this, this map and mode gets played twice)
DOM-Pipeline (each team will host this, this map and mode gets played twice)
Hardcore Search and Destroy (Each team will choose their maps other than vacant, pipeline, wetwork, bog and shipment)[Kindly note that the score of there is a draw when s&d scoreline is 3-3. No further game is played
2nd round (To determine placings/knockout)
Sabotage - Crossfire (each team will host this, this map and mode gets played twice)
HQ - District (each team will host this, this map and mode gets played twice)
Hardcore Search and Destroy (Each team will choose their maps other than downpour, ambush, wetwork, bog and shipment)
***Please note that if your team is hosting, you are to choose team 1.
5) Others
1) No devices like FragFX or converter is allowed. Only original PS3 controllers.
2) Players found using any cheat devices or hack(eg. rapid fire) will cause disqualification to the team.
6) Match Format:
Cup format (Teams will be divided into two groups eg. Group A and Group B. Top 2 from each group will advance to semis while the 3rd/4th/5th placings for each group will be fighting against each other for 5th/6th/7th and 8th placings)
a)ROUND ROBIN (1st round)
Each win is 3 points, draw is 1 point and loss is no points. Group A teams will play with each other while Group B teams will play with each other.
