TIPS FOR NEW COD4 PLAYERS:

1. Do not accept invites from other members if you have just finished a game. Chances are, its a delayed invite and you will either get a "Server Full" or "Unable To Join Host" message. Therefore, please do not get upset if some members ignore your invites.
2. You can check your connection status by pressing SELECT once the game has started. Avoid being in a single red bar game as your actions are delayed and this will give an added advantage to the opponent if he has a full green bars connection.
3. The best time to play is between 8pm to 11:30pm on weekdays. Chances of getting into a game with 3 or 4 green bars is common.

get his US account psn id and password. use tat on yr ps3 and download. and retain his account in yr ps3.

lets jus put it this way.. i shared it wit a friend, tried it and used it.. and many many of us have done it..

if u've got a better solution. pls share.


firstly if yr cod4 is R1, thn he can sell it to u. since he bought R1 and have an R3 cod4 both must be frm the same region.. so to get b yr moneys worth buy frm him thn get his US account password. login frm yr ps3. download it. install. and keep the account in yr ps3.. u can use b yr nrmal account so long the dudes US account is still in yr ps3. dont delete the account.

safe files are region lock..

Multiplayer on the other hand isnt. except where u are going to download the new maps..

depending on the server congestion, u mostly will be tied to asian players regardless of region.. if bad days u get connected to us players regardless of region.

no diff man. regions only matters if its not a goty version and u wanna buy the map pack. other thn tat its cool. most of us early adopters use R1.
