Speed only back at morning till afternoon...then slows back.
Its really seems they capped the speeds to international sites after 5pm or what @_@ |

i wonder isit TM knows some of open the internet day and night and they able to track our usage...so...they know we dload movie etc...so they limit out space? O_O
