Can recommend a good shopping mall?
Something like Pavillion or Midvalley.

Just go to Orchard Road (Dhoby Ghaut, Orchard or Somerset stations). There's like 20 or 30 malls there.

May I know whats the nearest MRT to Scape and how far it is to walk from MRT to there?

Google maps is your friend. 200-300m from Somerset MRT.

do anyone know where can get cheap car park as i planned drive car down to sg to visit my relative but his house no car park... will be going down at fri and back at sun....

Define "house." Condo? HDB? Landed Property? If HDB, you can just park at any of the non-reserved public car parks, $10 per day. If Condo or Landed then more complicated.

Is HDB..... If I start park at 5pm so I can park until the next day 5pm with the $10,right?

different parking lot has different charges

generally it is either 50cents or $1 per half hour from 7am-10.30pm, and $4 for overnight which is 10.30pm-7am, but capped at either $10 or $16.50 per day depending on whether that particular car park is 50cents or $1 per half hour.

They invited Singapore's best hawkers to open shop here.  icon_rolleyes.gif

singkapo hawker food not for human Malaysian to eat one. It's all either too bland or too sweet or too different from our tastes.

i beg to differ. there are uniquely malaysian food that just isnt my palate, yet there are simple common fares where certain hawkers in singapore does better.

Minority. The simple fact is that the vast majority of Malaysian hawker food (if you grew up on Malaysian food) trumps the vast majority of hawker food in SG. The only reason you would generally prefer SG hawker food is if you grew up in SG. If you grew up in Malaysia and still prefer SG hawker food then you are in the Minority.

Tables are turned once you go into "restaurant" territory though. Then, food in SG is generally bigger variety, better taste (and also higher priced) than in MY.

Do I need to get the EZLink card to travel in singapore by public transport.
Will that save my time and money?

yes and yes. you save on queue'ing time to buy the individual tickets. you also save on money cos ezlink fares are discounted (compared to individual single journey tickets).

the downside is that you let's say reload $20 and only use $12, so $8 balance is "wasted" if you don't ever plan to go SG ever again.
