Only none national cars experincience insterest rate increase as this major principal decided to reduce thier subsidy. Proton not adversly affected.

so how hi they increase non malaysian car interest rate? 3%? 4%?

i heard it is 3.8% now..... for Malaysia car, not increase now.. but very soon seems! I dont know after increase increase all.. who going to buy!

if u unlock ur car n left it for 30 seconds without opening the door, the car will locked itself.. but if u open the door, the auto lock will not work

by default, ur alram is with beep beep sound if u lock unlock.. to b in silent mod, press both button at the same time until u c ur car lights blinking 5 times i think.. then ur car will b in silent mod.. the same method goes if u want to make it beep beep sound again

Thanks bro..... i will try your tips. how about if lets say, i park car at roadside and get out from my car to buy sometning, ask my wife to lock it while waiting for me to return back. what button to use? pls explain me. i used to go out like this because lazy to find parking for just few mins shopping. Any useful system installed in persona?

This automatic alarm system is like that...

when you turn off ur engine n you left your car without unlock, it will not unlock your car....please take note on this...If not you will get trouble after you left you car without lock it.


After you left your car you lock your car n you unlock it again, if you didnt open any door, after 30 sec. it will automatically lock all the door back...

but for unlock, there r 3 options: either u press the button at the driver, manually unlock it or press the alarm button at the center dashboard

with the crime rate rising, i would recommend that you do those locking manually instead of waiting for the car system to react. just manually lock it when u got into the car and when u leave ur car.

OK..none M'sian Car is all subsidize ..now subsidised less. M'sian car no subsidy thus interest rate reach >3%. None National car still below < 3% despite slight increase.

This is how I understand on the immobisers on Persona.

If the car is already lock. You just unlock it & never managed to open the door for say 30 seconds..your car will be autolock itself.

If you leave your wife in the car & car left running..get your wife to lock it by pressing the drivers ..what you call the thing that jot out there. Just press it down & all doors lock simultaneously. To unlock it..get your wife to pull up ..then will you be able to get in. You cant use the remote as the key was left in the ignition for the car to run. There.

Another is..if you left the car unlock for certain period..the alarm trigger if you come back & open the door.

Anymore tips to share.

yup, all persona models come with immbonilizer the car key itself is the immobilizer
