Not too bad. I'm still wondering whether my car can go up genting or cameron or not, seem like no need to worry any more.

You are wrong. That is NOT normal. That is caused by a faulty AIFM. Proton have replaced my AIFM with new one last week and then only my engine sounds very quiet exactly like new.

MR_alien, maybe now u are driving a car with faulty components..

How loud it is? I want to check mine also but already driving it for nearly 7k milleage already, so far it still working fine.

cant wait to get hold of my car ler... but no news from SA still.... normally after SA call u, still have to wait how long to get it ler? within few days? or few weeks?

Nothing to do with the VS. It's because sometimes the fan push the cool air in sometimes it doesnt. That's why you can feel it is hot and cold alternatively.

VS = Voltage Stabilizer.. =)

i used to have that TAK TAK TAK sound in my engine then proton change my whole IAFM set.. then no more sound... its actually is the IAFM spinning.. thats where the sound comes from...

but when u turn off air cond,and rev ur car,u will feel dat ur car more power,isit got sumting to do wit voltage?coz if on the air cond,voltage will be loose to air cond,isit?

That is normal. Any car also same. On aircond, power loss abit.

Nope. VS wont help. It's a normal behaviour.
VS only make ur ice louder, smoother and ur lighting will be brighter.
Aircond can take around 5-7hp of ur car power. That's why when u off the aircond, ur car feel powderful enough.

i survey the car accesories shop at my hometown-Kuching.
from ThaiSoon(kinda big company in selling car stuff..)
window visor:big,65% darkness..rm145
arm rest:kinda tall..rm75

not yet nego..wah..wat a price..

fortunately i ask other shops..
window visor given price is rm65 nia..walao!!!
