Mine is drop in replacement, Lambofgod is open pod. I tried both of it before in my wira, i still prefer drop in because open pod fc not so good but got power, drop in a bit of both. Got what risk? My wira been using it for so long.

i will go for drop in filter then will custom make the CAI attach to bumper lolx... or a DC2 airbox with CAI depend on budget also.... and storm 1 is drop in filter .... and lambofgod 1 is open pod filter... drop in filter will bring more on low end power ... if open pod with good CAI setup will bring more high end power and a nice engine suction sound if using open pod better use apexi dont need to wash and reoil lolx.... jus my 2 cent...

BLM no need cai already because our airbox facing the wind already, notice the air ram infront? When doing high speed the scoop front there will have a positive pressure adding a bit more power to the car. Now im looking for the aftermarket scoop, bigger one so more air can go in.Gen 2 got but i dono where to find

the stock CAI for the saga is good adi... sucking from the front..no need to remount the CAI...

Yes drop in is like the original one and the open pod is mushroom type. I got it for rm135 plus service, usually when you buy stuff from them they will install it for you FOC. Simota brand selling for rm100. Got a forumer selling it.

yeap.. but its not mushroom.. i cant remember what izzit called adi.. mushroom is using sponge 1.. HKS used mushroom..

drop in cheaper.. open pod need to mod more things.

What scoop? drop in is plug and play la, no need anything else.

kaki again i dono what you mean by kaki la.... Just go to the shop la they will figure it out for you, they got skills. I just told them gen 2 filter can fit trim a bit, without any more info they done it for me already.

this term the term of kaki is the pipe..our slang we say filter leg..haha.so kaki la.ok la..k&n is juz 1 of the famouse brand,right?i can juz ask them see which 1 fits in and use any universal open-pod filter can liaw,right?

ya..i noe that feeling when my fren's iswara oso the same..can feel the difference clearly..even my other fren got his 660cc kancil upgraded into 660++cc...haha!!!

Actually leh if you on the budget side you can ask them diy the connector using plastic pipe for the open pod, just use back the ori rubber pipe, throw away the airbox and DIY a heat shield plus CAI for your open pod. I did that for my wira, i build a box to cover my open pod then i cut a hole to fit the ram pipe and channel the cai to the bumper.

Actually you can achieve the sound also by removing the pipe after the airbox, you will get the rumbling sound of an open pod.
