Agree with xen0 also. It could be the Hyper212 fans. My friend who managed to get this fans recently said it was quiet but cfm definitely NOT 90! Anyway, worth to try!

but still, if 19dba @2k rpm and producing 69 cfm in reality is still good, even if it's not 90cfm...

the papst's fan running nice... but currently using the CM fan on my radiator... trying tis CM fan, the airflow higher then the papst... now finding a DC voltage converter which can step up the voltage to around 17-20v...i think the papst fan shall shine at tht voltage since its 24v fan... u got any idea of getting those DC voltage converter? stepping up the voltage from 12v to around 15-20v...

How can the led version pushes so much air than the non-led version? The non-led version only pushes near 70CFM.

70cfm also ok what... cheap fan. u pay peanuts u get monkey la. the issue that they put wrong claim is, maybe because they measure the cfm by putting the 120mm fan spinning in front of a table fan, so the fan's real output + kipas meja = 90cfm.

joke2 abit dun flame me ya~

Check the specs here. I don't know where people got the 90cfm. It's clearly written as 69.69cfm. Must be a mis-print on the box.

yeah, just realised that they are different models.
However, i strongly doubt there's any difference between the 2 fans. It's just some marketing gimmick from coolermaster.

What's the highest cfm fan available for 120MM fan size, regardless the noise?

busta_dude selling a delta gila kipas 190cfm... the *thingie behind the blade* (dunno what to call em) is curved as to create turbulence, hence the extra high cfm and extra excruciatingly annoying whining (or whooshing? u decide) sound.

btw, i got 2 of those 90cfm fans. and i feel i need another one...

The thing is, there's no such thing as 90CFM at 20dB. laugh.gif

It ok lor for the price about the same as another CM silent fan...I have four of these and mount in my Centurion 590. The air quite a lot compare to normal silent fan and also silent my rig hardly can be heard after on with ceiling fan on. Planning on getting another 2 of these...Even not @90CFM, it quite satisfying for me....Cheers...
