Normally i go on Friday nite. Arrive Saturday morning, fishing until evening, then check in hotel. Continue fishing on Sunday morning and back to KL that evening.. This way you felt more satisfy fishing after spending so much time and money to go there...

BUT the fact is... YOU'LL NEVER SATISFY...

how much la the damage roughly.. so i can ahem.. plan for it..

Last trip i spend about RM 300 only...

Boat + boatman (you pay one day and i pay one day = RM 150 per person)
Fuel - depend on your car lar... Put RM 80 go and RM 80 back = RM 80 per person)
Toll - can't remember exact figure - just put RM 30 per person
Hotel - RM 60 divide by 2 = RM 30 per person
others your food and drinks lor... as for me RM 10 per day enough liau - RM 20 per person

Thats why going 4 person in one truck even cheaper... you go and bodek bro rory la for that... MuaHaHaHa....

yeah man he's an expert.. i manage to learn some skills from him hahaha.. i caught some mullets for fishing in starcruise myself.. mullets are cunning fishies.. they use their bodies to hit against the bait making you think that they've taken the bait and when you strike.. the bait falls off the hook and they get free meal..

I relook back the phtos of the recent AG trip. Remember the lure that have a open hook, yellow colored lure. NOT just the hook bukak...the eyelet on the lure body also twisted liao!!

this includes simple meals on boat, water and ICE
Other costs : rm1000
this includes transport from airport to jetty and return, fruits and soft drinks on board, weight sinkers
proposed fishing : bottom with some jigging during the day

this leaves us with 1 extra nite to spend in KK to do whatever ..
hotels can be arranged ... roughly rm125-150 per room (twin sharing)

all the above costs have yet to include air ticket ...

Bro Fookie, medium size rod.. if for freshwater, u can choose shakespere contenter (red). not bad and is below 100 bucks. the line is between 12-25 is not mistaken. u can use it for light saltwater fishing as well.
