QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 27 2008, 10:24 AM) @jeff_ckf, Show off It's not about consumer rights, it's not about whether i'm going to be "enjoying" such benefits. It's all about principles. I'm going to go call them when I get back to the office after this morning's meeting before my afternoon meet At least I get to TRY out their Platinum Priority line |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 27 2008, 11:25 AM) @jeff_ckf, Citibank is crapping tinkerbel. I just got their e-statements and I too have the 18% thingee.....and I always pay up early and extra. So they are definitely trying to just get away by telling some phony fairy tale. GO CHASE THEM Me?! Show off?! I'm not the one who plastered 4 Platinum cards @vin_ann, Citibank tells me it's because I made a late payment in the month of Jan. I am arguing with them to tell them it's not possible and told them to check. How on earth could I have made a late payment and not know about it ! *argh* So how many plat cards do you plaster? |

Hi all, just a question, do I need to inform DA and Citibank that I will be using my credit cards overseas soon? Or they will be able to process my transaction overseas without any notification? They will bill me in the domestic currency and convert it back to ringgit correct? Which one has better terms or rates? Thanks

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 6 2008, 12:35 AM) The best practice is to give them a call to notify them that you're going to use at which country for how long. This is what I got after I discussed with a HSBC CSE last Friday. Ya I most probably would. Just asking what is their official stand only since it is stated "Valid Worldwide" |
