I've used the poslaju national courier service to send my document to Taiwan. the staff there told me tat need 2 to 3working days to reach there. however, the person in taiwan said tat she did not receive it. my document is very important. i've try to call poslaju. however, there is no phone no. state on the receipt. then i tried to find in internet. I was wondering whether poslaju has webpage or not. i've try very long but couldnt go in the website.

then i tried to call. but no ppl answering the call. i've try to email then. but dont knoe whether the email valid or not. any1 face tis problem b4?

i wonder whether the document will reach or not. actually how long they take to send a document to Taiwan?

next time if ur document is very important , use Fedex or DHL instead , and insured it ... or other more reliable courier... spend more ... poslaju can only to use to send normal item in malaysia ...

Personal advice: Try using international courier companies to send things abroad. Poslaju is more reliable if within Malaysia.

Edit: I tried accessing to the site, seems like it can't be accessed. Anybody else can test? However, that is the right address.

Last time i send some book to china / shanghai ~
I use express delivery ~ They say will send the item within 1 - 3 day ~
But end of the result ~ they send within 24 hour ~

Like today 11am i send ~
5pm something the item send to KLIA ~
7pm something the item in airport ~
tomolo 9am the item reach my friends house ~

(i know because can track the item in their webside)

My friends told me he already get , i also dun believe = = !!
really too fast ~

PosLaju... really disappointed with their service. Never delivered my parcels but claimed that they did, but there was absolutely no notifications whatsoever that said they did (The "Sorry, we missed you" card or something). Tried to call to re-arrange a re-delivery, not only did it take forever to reach a living breathing human being, but they did not re-deliver either -.-

I don't think Poslaju has same day delivery, the fastest is next day delivery. Well, it depends on areas, usually delivery from West Malaysia to East Malaysia is going to take some time, perhaps 2-3 working days.

Nevertheless, I experienced next day delivery from Port Dickson to Kuching and also from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu. Other places in West Malaysia are mostly next day delivery.

Postlaju dont know where my house is
I dont know whether the sender dont know my home or what.The postmen just pastby my house..
I use other company better.Reach within 2-3 days but this Pos Laju(EVEN USE POSLAJU) takes about 3-5 days.Only some place its good.

same here all my poslaju parcel always goes to the wron house....stupid postmen dunno how to read the address properly...always end up in the house few street away from my house...complaint few times dy....nothin change...

the seller here got few options to send the parcel but i received GD express once and few times from poslaju also no problem.. i notice the poslaju ,seller ned to write clearly on the form and the parcel itself both.. cos sometimes the post officer will stick the form covered my address haha

From my 20 years experience with POSLaju it's never fail me. But if you want a better and secure international courier services always go for FedEX or DHL only.

have tried poslaju about 5-6 times and usually reach next day, even to sarawak but i post at big2 post office..

They have delivery on the same day to Putrajaya only. But extra charges of course

For me, if i want to use the cheap service, i usually won't complain about it. If anything emergency, i usually send through DHL and it proven that it can deliver within the expected time. Sometimes it also depend on your luck also...

Well, i am asking my friend to send something for me through the post laju on Thursday from Kuala Lumpur. But, i am curious if it would ever reach me on Friday because i live in Alor Setar and over here Friday is a holiday and Sunday is working day. Anyone have any idea?

Trust me , u'll get it on Saturday

It will arrive Friday but the post office is closed there...so no deliveries will be made out during Fri/Sat...you can only get your stuff the next working day which is on Sunday

i have been using poslaju service to send items domestic and international for my business . so far, they never disappoint me. i know the poslaju tracking website is a bit suck, but their teleline 1300300300 is very helpful. i can give rating 4.5/5. they are efficient, cheap and easy. the 0.5 goes for their lousy tracking website

So far my experience with poslaju is good. Usually items arrive within 24 hours. In one case, it takes few days, because of some transit which i did not really understand.

Sorry to tell ya that it has been increased to RM5. I have just come back from postlaju office a few days ago. Registered Sdn. Bhd. COMPANY should not have problem to register an account after doing some "paperwork" job if they agreed to pay RM500 deposit and submit 3 copies of monthly bank statements quarterly in a year. Then, it would be up to Poslaju to accept the application or not. As for the sole proprietors, i am not sure about it.

The Poslaju requires RM500 deposit from the company and PREVIOUSLY the minimum billing is RM1000 per month( it has been abolished)! Registering a company in the SSM will be easy for the sole proprietor, but please keep in mind that the person who registered will have some obligation towards the government agencies such as IRB other than SSM. No problem so far, POS Laju usually delivered by next day latest. e-Parcel is slow though...but then, it's cheap..cannot complain much.

I made a payment for an item yesterday afternoon, the seller sent the item via PosLaju yesterday early evening from KL to Selangor, and yet today I have yet to receive it. Track number also failed to track, called the hotline also no records. What's going on weih.

hi. As far as i know, there will be a delay on delivery when u send to small branches, pos mini or telco n post. It will take a day longer. This is bcos they take time to send to nearest regional main branch that do all the sorting before sending to receipient. Sender should send by main branch at their area so the delivery will get to receipient the next day. And send it before pickup time which is 6pm if i'm not mistaken

Me and Bro Davin always use poslaju to send games, so far so good. No problems whatsoever. Ofcourse if you want to send stuffs outside of Malaysia, use reliable courier service like FedEx or DHL.

i would personally rate poslaju at 4 out of 5.
yes their customer service sucks but still u get ur stuff delivered at a cheap price and fast.

p/s: i receive my skynet tracking no. last tuesday and the parcel from jb came yesterday after calling 5 times to skynet branch which is just opposite my house(where the parcel reach).

not true, the poslaju pickup van will come and collect at those telco n post every working day at 3pm, thus no delay in sorting or whatsoever.
and i repeat, most pos office cutoff time is 3pm. 6pm is a big no no.

my statement is based on my experienced. The seller post my item at tnp at 2pm. Then i track the tracking number, it only reach post office main branch at 6pm next day before they start the delivery. Your statement is based on what?

i think diff state have diff time ba. Cuz i live at sabah, the Post Man will come collect mails and etc on 12.30pm and bring it to the main. But mostly the van will go collect on every branch of Pos Malaysia at my area, i dunno if at kampung got or not lar. I live in the city.

Try to understand the system bro.
Your seller send at 2pm, the van usually come and collect at pos mini/pos office/ telco n post around 3pm(differs depending on your location).
Then the van will bring all the stuff to the main Post office to be scanned into the tracking system on the same day.
Of course u may go and ask the telco n pos/pos mini what is their cutoff time, as rural areas cutoff time is earlier. That will clarify things up.
Don't boast your experience, i send parcels through poslaju everyday.

mr lhongwuh, i never boast just sharing my experience. It's the first time the delay happened to me as previously i had no such problem with main post office site. I'm here looking for something to justify the delay. And based on my experienced and other people's, it is safe to say pickup time at some agent are different from others. Go direct to main site to avoid delay.

hmm, my experience with pos laju is 100% satisfy, if my seller send today, the next day confirm receive , they are more secure too, in Kuching, the pos laju guys always ask for my I.C, when I ask them why need so much hassle since I need run back to grab my I.C, they told me last time they lost lot of parcel due to people who get the parcel aren't the receiver.

No ned sign or anything, juz give them your I.C then u got your parcel. I love it.

hey guys, here to share my experiences dealing with Poslaju so far.

If I'm late to post before the cut off time, I will go to PO at Bangsar. I remembered once it's already 8pm, and the van is outside waiting to collect all the parcels. Finally, I managed to post it out, and status even already updated at night later. hmm..I wonder it's really efficient and friendly staff at there too! But if the van already came before I reached there, they will tell me that it's over the cut off time, and my parcels will only process tomorrow.

And 1-2 months ago, I registered my company for an account. I'm not able to reach any Main Post Office to sign up or fill out those documents. So a very friendly officer from the HQ, emailed and helped me step by step all the while, sent me those documents via Poslaju. My company Borang 9, 24, 49 (can't remember), I/C, Company Registration Certificate are needed in the procedure. I post back to him via Poslaju, and he helped to register and done!

Few days later, I received a lot of PL1A forms (which we used to fill out the shipping details on), company name and address already printed on all of those forms. Also those forms that needed during courier pickup, plastic flyers with different sizes.
But I didn't asked to pay any deposit or something...hmm?? They also never provide the T&C sheets to open an account. @@

Then I started to call and request for courier pick up whenever I have parcels to post out.
But one thing that I found it's really inconvenient to me is, when pick up, the Postman just paste the PL1A form on parcel, and sign, and he left. That's it. I can't even know how heavy is my parcel, and how much postage does it costed. The invoice will only send to my house every month. But I need to know it so that I can collect the correct amount of shipping fee from clients...>,<

Once I asked the Postman, is it possible that I can know the shipping fee and weight. He said they memang don't help on weighing, if I want to know how heavy it is, then I have to weigh it myself at home. @@

But if your parcel is slightly bigger, then postman will help to weigh as there's a scale inside the van actually @@.

So I don't think there's weight or shipping cost written on the PL1A form when received by the recipient since the form will be sealed on the parcel on the spot during pickup... *headache*

One question here is, i know every pickup is free if we have an account. But is the shipping rate still the same? Will it be cheaper for those who have an account?

For the pick up service, they don't help you to weigh the parcel. You have to weigh it on your own
