I always believe when 2 persons together they should not lie to each other no matter past, current n future n should not keep anything from each other.. but after being together wif my bf for more than 4years n keep on hurt by his lies.. now i start to lie n keep secret too.. we need two hands to clap.. if one side is always lie n keeping thing from other.. i not think how long the another 1 can tahan it..

How sure you are that confident enough to know that your man will not tell you? I believe you yourself know your man, right? But if you would allow me to say this. Secrets can never last. Though as much you believe ignorance is bliss but you have to understand that its not easy your bf to hold the guilt if he did what you mention and yet still be together with you. I can tell you, its really gonna eat him alive. Sometimes its just not about you, its about him also. Take your time, thinking about his part. Maybe he will syiok sleep other woman, but you have to understand the complexity of human nature. To be with you while cheating behind your back is kinda hard so i believe a loving bf will definitely tell the truth even though he will risk losing you. Constant suspicion = insecurity and you are right, it will only lead towards break up. Though past builds what you are today but i believe you shouldnt use your past as precaution to the future. I understand if you're being 'risk-averse' but still i believe for what you and your bf have now, let it be you and your bf for now. How it will end, it is still going to be the reason why 'you' and 'your bf' end it at the moment. I don't think so using past as an excuse or a reminder to what happen in your past is going to help you judging how it is going to be. Still its a very rare case that secrets can be keep till forever. Maybe your bf could lie to you, but imagine if you hear other ppl talk about it. Wouldn't you be suspicious? You can't prevent ppl from gossip. Your heart will be uneasy.
