u can't unlock your phone with jailbreaking alone. you can unlock it if you jailbreak + install yellowsn0w (soft-unlock method), given you did not update to the latest 2.2.1 FW with 2.30.03 baseband.

based on your previous posts, i'm guessing you're on Optus right? just pay them an amount of fee to unlock and have a peace of mind.

not all 3rd party applications are free. you need to pay to use apps like biteSMS (new version), SwirlyMMS, Snapture (premium version) and few others. but you can try them out on trial first.

because you didnt open a brand new thread, i will assist you on this matter


for starters, you cannot create a brand new camera roll (the pictures taken directly using the camera)


however to create new folders for the photo album, just create a new folder in "my pictures; xp or pictures' vista). plug in your iphone via the usb port and you should see a dedicated tab for pictures and then select your desired folders

thrs no new album inside my iphone..only c camera roll's album

here's what i did:

put all the photos that i want them to be in iPhone in a single folder in My Documents, name it whatever you want. (in my case, i name it "My Pictures".)

then open up iTunes, sync the folder into iPhone. (under the dedicated tab for photos, select and browse for the folder "My Pictures".)

the folder will appear under "Photos". where you will see Camera Roll and My Pictures.

If you want to have a pin code to unlock your Iphone.

when u play the ipod there should be a looping icon below the timer at the left, just press the button and it will repeat... press twice to repeat the same song...
