1- Starscream escapes and goes to the Nemesis, and Prowl goes hunting him alone, using a ship inside the Ark, he also takes Ratchet's EMP generator with him.

2- After finding Starscream and uses the shackles on him, Lockdown appears, and the two have a battle, but they soon notice the shackles broken on the floor, with Starscream gone.

3- They go looking for him, but when they find him, he has just destroyed Prowl's ship and headed for earth, Lockdown leaves using his ship and Prowl tags along.

4- After a little talk, the two team up and Lockdown gives Prowl his new Armor.

5- Upon reaching Earth, they find Starscream and capture him, but Lockdown betrays Prowl, ties him up, and takes Starscream to Megatron. The rest of the bots arrive after a while and free Prowl, and pursue Lockdown.

6- However, another Starscream arrives, this one with a new color scheme arrives, and after a battle with Prowl is captured. They go to Lockdown ship to investigate the two Starscreams.

7- Upon arriving to his ship, they see Megatron and rest of the decepticons, but when they bring the two Starscream together, they open thier spark chambers to show two activated bombs.

8- The decepticons leave, but in order to protect the city, Prowl attaches his armor to the two of them and send them to space, where they explode.

9- we then see Starscream( the real one) playing with the shackles while viewing a recording of Megatronin front of a monitor, and then looks back to show an army of clones.
