J-Slade's Guide to How to Keep Your TFTM Deluxe Figure for future BIB (Back In Box)
Intro: Its simple. A lot of people here have heard of the term "Back In Box" or better known as BIB. But I can tell you that despite its BIB and not MISB, you as the collector is still responsible for keeping the box condition C8/C9 so that....
a) Your collectible fetches a higher price.
b) It is sort of a sign of respect from one collector to another because it shows how much you value your toy.
Tools you need:1) A sharp penknife/blade
2) A lot of patience
First:
Flip your deluxe figure box upside down and with the back facing you, try finding the dotted-edge. Its at the bottom. Carefully use your penknife to slice through making sure you are cutting in line with the dotted edge. The edge is meant to be there for reason but becareful not to accidently cut the manual inside. Once it is complete, the first thing to do is remove the instruction manual.
Second:
Next, we will handle the side flaps. With the back of the box still facing you, try to find the side flaps and notice they are taped with a very broad cellophane tape. With your penknife, slowly slice right through the tape just enough to free the side flaps. Do not try cutting into the board, instead turn your penknife to sideways and just slice it in.
Third
By now you should be able to free the bottom and the sides but please do not split the cardboard and the plastic box too far apart otherwise the top part which is glued to the box will tear and that defeats the whole purpose of this exercise.
Forth
Everyone hates this but you still gotta do it. Remove the twistie ties.. the twisted wire that is holding the figure. Be careful as when your hand slips into the box it might split the box into two so be very careful about the opening.
Fifth
Inside, there is another plastic holding the figure from the back, gentle remove the figure without removing too much of the inside plastic because you want everything in tact. Ah, your figure is free now. Be very gentle as the twistie ties can chip/scratch off the paint work.
Sixth
Now, when the toy has been removed, u should place back the inside plastic and make sure it is snug fit without any deformation of the box. Then make sure the side flaps are placed over the cardboard again like how it was, originally.
Seventh
Tadaa~ Now you have a very nicely cut box that is ready for future "Back in Box" with respectable C9 quality box. Besides good for future use, it also looks good for display
If I got time and my digital camera is around and there is enough battery, I might do a review on Premium Barricade but otherwise, I'm gonna start enjoying my raped Premium Barricade now... LOL. Oh I forgot to mention one more thing, once you know how to transform your figure, please oh please put back the instructions manual into the box because its definitely gonna go missing if you dont...

As the phrase goes:
"Transformers are not meant to be kept MISB. They are meant to be TRANSFORMED"
