Try heading to Indian Liquor shops, They usually sell 3 for rm10 beers (Tiger, carlsber, Heineken) and crates for RM 75.

I found that cheap and good quality alcohol can be found at
D Vintage No 5, Jalan PJS 8/17, Dataran Mentari Sunway Petaling Jaya, Selangor they close at 12 p.m on weekends. |

Friends have been buying from Tong Woh in PJ State area for long time and swore by its prices/ service
Seems got many rare brands also |

Tong woh is good for some brands but not others. For example, they are the distributor/agent for Nikka whisky so if you want Nikka, best to get from them.
