yeah more than 1 month resignation letter submitted, work full day on the last month and doing all the proper way but they still fXXked up his last drawn salary. He just filed a complaint to his head supervisor but i think nothing much will come out of it.

if u want to take bus, u nid to take a bus to putrajaya, then from there take another bus to cyberjaya
coz cyberjaya buses are only for staffs there... u nid to apply for transport, or ur company helps u

but, if considering working in ocbc e2 power cse, i suggest not to apply
as their turnover is very high, many come n goes
if you are thinking to work here for at least 1 year, i would say, unless u are super duper patience

pressure on work n from mgmt.

s i'm planning to leave also, coz reli cant stand anymore

hi.

I being call to interview with this company as call Customer Service Officer.

Just curious, what do the position really do inside there?

Yes, I have the job description but in today's world, I cant trust it so much. For example, the position of marketing executive, it will end up we have to make sales for the company on the street. That is only my example. No offense. Noways, company advertise as X picture but it will end up as Y picture. Again, not all.

How is the corporate culture in the company?

What is the pressure will be?

Is their any extra payment if we work overtime?

What kind of customer that we need to handle?

Thanks in advanced for any of your reply.

corporate culture? dunno .. i reach on time and leave on time. dun wanna know bout anything else.
exta pymt ? no. and expect yourself to be working overtime under pressure.
what kinda pressure? like a pressure cooker ... welded together
what kinda customer? the ones i wanna let them hv a taste of my fist when i see them.. (joking)

Went for the interview last yr b4 working at HDPM. As you know Cust Serv field need to have high level of endurance to deal with high call volume & cust attitude. During the interview the HR ask me :- can you endure with the customer swearing at you/family or etc, as you might encounter one. They deal with Malaysian & S'pore client. And the product, quite a lot. The product cc, deposit acct, loan, mortgage. Loan including personal loan, car loan etc. 24/7 rotating shift. But the thing is when you success in your interview, going for training, you have to stay at the co for at least 6 mth, then you may quit, but if less than 6 mth you need to compensate around $2000+ (training fee) for the co.
