Details of the complaint :

OK, this is how the story goes, on April 20th, I got a message from extremeocer saying that he wanted to sell off his Q600 and asking me whether I was interested in or not. Since I was desperately in a need of this Q6600, I asked him whether he was interested in trading his Q6600 with my E6600 or not. Then we got a deal which I needed to top up Rm230. afterwards He wanted me to bank the money in directly at that time because he said that urgently he wanted to use the money straight away. I know he got a dispute tag, but why on earth I always dare doing this and I am not afraid of because I ve been having quite many deals with him recently. and the money involved was nearly 1.5K also We have been helping each other, chatting and sharing. So I guess it just should be fine.

He promised to me that he was gonna send out the item on the following day which was on 22th. when the day came, I smsed him when he could send the item out, he replied me that it would be during lunch hour. After I waited until around 3 pm, he seemed to miss the action, So I smsed him, no replies from him, i called him up, he also didnt pick the phone calls, aihhhhh...

and at night he messaged me saying that he was in accident and cudnt reply my messages or pick the phone calls up. and he gave me another promise saying that he would ship the item on the next day which was on 23rd. I was still ok lah...



on 23rd itself, he messaged me that he cudnt be able again. argh!! i said to him that if he really couldnt send the item out on that day, I wanted a refund fully at the night time. nearly 5 pm he messaged me that he in fact wasnt be able to send the item out and he wanted to refund the money afterwards. I waited again, still no news from him I messaged him, no replies, i called him, also no replies. .. and in the morning of the following day, he gave me a message saying sorry because of his personal reason, and he gave me another promise to bank the money in at night again. I waited... still no news until 7 pm something, i smsed him no replies, i called him up, no replies AGAIN! and suddenly he gave me a message that he's in the hospital, and cant go out yet, so he's asking his friend to bank the money in for me. I waited until 12 PM, still no news from him. i called him again, NOTHING! I smsed him, NOTHING! until now I aint got anything from him. I still have no credits, once I top up, I try to give him phone calls as many as I can. I guess he wants to run away.

seriously I am really mad at this guy IAN HO KAM HO <------ his real name. I am a student who is very hard to get the money. I was saving up my money, and u think U can jus run my money like that? I know where U live, dont u ever think I wont do such things ok. Just gimme back the damn money as soon as possible. Now My pc doesnt have the processor yet, and I ve got a big project going on which has to be done very soon.

so people, if u have any information abt him, pls tell me ok.

U read carefully my first post, I had quite many deals with him before, and it was just fine. that's why i was stating like that. but at this time, i dnt get any clear news from him.

I feel sorry for anggajaya. U went as far as recommending him as a trusted seller. What a disappointing way of appreciation shown by extremeocer.

In his phase chance thread he also said he'll settle all the orders very soon in March, and until now no more update has been made.

I tried to call him again, but none of them he picked up. I messaged him and at last he replied.


He told me that he is being hospitalized right now, his only help is his friend who is still in singapore right now and only can be back tonight. I dnt give a damn about this and I asked him when he can bank the money in, and he said that the latest is by 11 pm. as soon as I receive the money iam gonna close this case. But I just feel very weird now, the day that he wanted to bank the money in, why on earth he kept delaying? is it hard to go to the bank when he's supposed to? suddenly 2 days after after he failed to do so, he stated that he's in the hospital.


i am really screwed up right now, I cant do my project and it's due very soon. seriously I hope by tonight u can bank the money in, if not, seriously iam gonna do something. I know where you live.

One point to consider:
Why did you guys still buy from him eventhough you know he has the dispute tag?

Yes yes, he did do a good job 1 ~ 2, but look at what he's doing again now?
You guys shouldn't have deal with him eventhough you got some of your things right.

You should've wait until he has settled his previous dispute and wait until his dispute tag removed.

This is not a flame bait, but it's rather as a point to ponder.

A-ha. seems like extreme's back to his old tricks. i wonder how many more people he's duped including myself. Angga, u losing 230 is a big deal since in addition to those who paid deposits for the phase change, etc then this guy is making quite a bit. I'm just waiting for the right time to take some proper action since all this while I've been very patient. Don't report your case to the police yet, for that small amt the police will not layan so much. Round up everyone who extreme owes, and with that total sum, hopefully it's enough to convict him of fraud. Anyways, I'll start. I paid extreme RM450 deposit for a phase change unit that never got made since october last year. So now it stands at RM680 that this guy burn. If the numbers rach RM1000 plus I believe we have a case. So there...

Honestly, He Owning A Dispute Tag, Mean He Owe Some PPl Money..

But Meanwhile He Owning PPl, He Still Selling Other Stuff..

You shouldn't deal with dispute holder for all means, if we have granted these people with that tag, there is always reason for it. And, it is not going to be too troublesome to counter check the name on this sub-forum right?
So, TS said extremeocer will refund at 11.00 p.m., now it is 12.00 a.m. and how's the progress? I hope he has refunded which is quite unlikely to happen by judging from his history. If he hasn't, please proceed to the police report.

ok guys update from me... he didnt refund me at the end, so it seems this is gonna be such a long case, BUT i dnt want this happen too long, so Iam gonna do some proper action which firstly I am gonna tell my friend who is datuk's son.

extremeocer said that he's not be able to refund the money because the money is not in yet which I dare to assume that he lied to me for being hospitalized or whatsoever. he just used the money and cant pay me back at the end of the day.

to ashexx, yours is 450 and mine is 230. and meno also deposited him RM 200. so it right now stands at 880, and sooekan also paid for the graphics card at Rm 320. total at the moment is RM 1200. shall we all report to the police now? I will be free anytime though, and if there is no solution why dont we all come over his house when we have free time. does it sound ok? or perhaps the victims are not only us? people come on in, share ur experiences...

I'm sure there are more victims. Mods or anyone with a bit more time to spare should help root out/ contact extreme's victims and ask them to post here. Once we get everyone I'm also able to help thru my Bukit Aman contacts. I remember one asp who told me for scam/fraud cases, if got more than 10 people (with proof) then regardless the amount the fella can already be detained for questioning. And in Malaysia you guys sure know what 'questioning' means right?

Quick note: I hope we're all together in this for the benefit of all. extreme's other trick is to contact one of us whereby he'll make a deal to refund that particular person yet leaving others in limbo. So pls, if extreme contacts any of us let's refrain from accepting his deal unless he is addressing/refunding all victims. This extreme is pretty much classic getting (a lot of) money from peter to pay tom kind of fraudster. And this cycle will continue if we allow it.

Just as I've suspected. extreme went ahead to make a deal with the few while ignoring the many. And the few sorry to say obliges for his/her own sake. Where's the fairness in this? Rashid's friend may get his phase change cooler after giving deadline to extreme for two weeks but myself since october last year nothing??!! Nevermind that I don't get the cooler, I just want him to refund my RM450 deposit, so does Hitable and everyone else in the same situation as me. Not fair that the new victims' cases (angga, meno, whoever) get resolved first I say, but I guess that's how it is in 'Bolehland'. Extreme if you're reading this just remember that I don't forgive and forget and never will. Just you watch out!

Well actually I've been very patient with extreme coz I know it's not an easy job to build those phase change units, so I just kept silent eventhough few disputed cases against him. After he went back to Malaysia from Singapore, he used to post one update of his phase change thread, and claimed all the orders will be settled very soon, turned out no more news from him until now.

But after reading the posts about him recently, I think he didn't even get started to make those orders, or should I say no money to make anymore. And now I just want my money back, I don't care about his phase change unit anymore. Also ashexx u r right, it's very unfair considering we've paid him last year, and those who buat bising gets back their money but those who're remained silent didn't get anything from him, not even a word.

If extreme didn't give us a solution or dealine to solve all this cases, I'll be with ashexx and other victims, just do anything that make him pay for it.

i can't really convince others to believe me. I have dealt with others without hiccups last year...and those who know me can feel that i am in a very tight situation recently as this this unexpected things happen only in the past few months. I have already started to sort things out on my side and once i am able to stand on my feet again, i am sure to settle all pending cases.

his rig is no more there already .. i think because he sold most of the item already ... last time i saw running rig .. now nothing .. just phase cooling parts .. pipe etc ...

Okay I think here is what you can do right now,you can offer to pay the victims some money about 30% of the money you owed them as good will and promise to refund later.You had given too many empty promise already and no one will believe you anymore.

30% of the total you owed the victim is not too much for you and I think you can do so easily unless you are planning to run away with that money.

Anywant of the victims agree with me???Its still better than this fellow just dissapear and refund nothing.Refund 30% is just a temporary solution while he sorts out his problem but don't give him too many days or else he will find ways to evade all of you

Ian, i agree with what 779364 suggested.
Frankly it'sa pretty long wait for them already, if you really feel like clearing everything up, i really hope you show some initiative.
Be it 30% or 50%, as long as there's sincerity shown i think many of them would be willing to at least give you a chance to clear your name.
I once trusted you, believed that you will clear things up, even recommended you when Angga asked me about you.
But well, this is what happened now.
I still hope that you can just get back on your feet and start to trade responsibly moving forward.

There's already a dispute thread for extremeocer since long time ago.
My advice don't deal with DISPUTE tag ppl.
And don't attracted by the cheap price.
If wan to take risk, then better have preparation to lose. like gamble.
