One point to consider:
Why did you guys still buy from him eventhough you know he has the dispute tag? Yes yes, he did do a good job 1 ~ 2, but look at what he's doing again now? You guys shouldn't have deal with him eventhough you got some of your things right. You should've wait until he has settled his previous dispute and wait until his dispute tag removed.
