Morning2 to all myvians. Now left exhaust system. I think that's going to be my August project since i already dropout the ICE project and already get my money back. Aiming to get 1 unit at alpha condo there. Near to LRT somore and to my car wash place and also not to forget near to the mosque. Very convenience.

No worries also. The Alpha condo is for investment. If we get profit 50K to 100K also we sell out already. I am not going to stay there also. Got a piece land at one of the country golf club at sungai buluh. Now under construction. I think year 2009 finish and all of us move out there. My dad also bought a condo at puchong. So every month i suffer RM1.5k for both condo . But he promise at the end of the day i will ge the last laugh. Hope he is right. Up till today he never disappointed me before accept he scold my xgf in front of many people just because he hold my hand .

Just got call from KKLau about the third layer for noise reduction. Planning to drop by this saturday and get it done for all my 4 doors and back bonet. Best part it's they will reduce all the outside noise to almost max. But still got sound a bitlah as they say cannot shut 100% because it's going to be dangerous hehe

What i did was when i change my new brake pad then only i bleeding. Not sure about u. But at the millage of 50k++ i only change oil engine and oil filter. that's it
