wow... dat's quite a nice upgrade... notice de new steering wheel (thicker), leather seat (bigger seat), new meter (doubt it' the final product yet) and new 2-din radio (doubt it's de final product yet oso) all looks very tempting... reli like de ori smoked headlamp and de backlamp (ala Myvi sport in KL motorhow)... de rear bumper looks nicer den de current SE but de front 1 de current 1 looks more aggressive in my opinion but it looks more 'uniformed' with the bonnet and the new perodua logo (compare 2 de current chrome strip)... makes me feel like my SE is old now

the upgrade i reli hope dey will do is de suspension system and insulation like wat daihatsu and toyota had done 2 de sirion and passo... i dun mind changing de new absorbers if dey reli upgraded it tho...

Added on May 18, 2008, 6:54 pmi pumped RM50 everytime so i din notice how much left in de tank... 4 me, every bar is about 45km so dat time i travelled bout 30-40+ km d so i tink it's almost empty d ler summore i was travelling at arund 90-100kmh during de last bar... reli scary experience, can feel de engine like not so powerful d (even at idling speed) den de engine like vibrate a lil more compare 2 usual...

i will think of trading in mine with the new myvi.. so tempting.. hopefully the price wont be much different with current market price for new myvi

they allow trade in?? i dun think mine will worth much... cos i change the body liao.. so they will not take in much liao... hehe..

normally the perodua salesmen got their own second hand car dealers and they will refer you to those dealers for you to sell off your car. then only you can proceed to book a new car

That's y juz go according to your own average... My average lately come down to 50km per bar edi...
Juz make sure u see how much petrol u pump full tank... Easier to gauge that way...Normally, I'd say when I pump when 2 bars left... I'll pump around RM50 ± RM2 This also depends on your normal average LOL!

i tink de radio is not de final product ler, it's juz a testing unit i guess... de final product shud be de built-in 1 like wat we have in our current model coz i dun c any reason y dey shud put in an aftermarket unit since it's a local car and dey dun save on tax or anything if dey fit an aftermarket hu which will give an eyesore 2 de interior look...

anyway, back 2 de topic, urs can get 50km/bar ar?? manual or auto?? 4 mine coz i travel everyday on jam-packed roads and on kesas usually i sped about 110kmh dat's y my fc so high... nvr been cruising smoothly 4 some time d coz rushing time always, average speed about 100kmh... i dun usually pump fulltank coz my dad usually give me RM100 a week 4 petrol so i'll juz divide in2 2 for convinience ler... however, i'll try 2 monitor my petrol during my sem break when i'm free ler, will try ur method and c

i drivning manual... town driving and weekend highway... i tekan and pass 150kmh mark... does that bring up the fc??? My vv is only 1200 km run only... first service done liao.... but still so high FC..

There's a myth saying that myvi become less powerful after 1st service. Is this true? For me, I didn't any difference. Perhaps I didn't floor the accelerator much.

Yes, Mine is about 50KM per bar if not higher and I'm using Auto and most of the time cruising speed... If I town drive it the FC will be slightly worse... But nothing below 45km per bar... Everything below 2.5k rpm for good FC for me personally... Sometimes I go racer mode then the FC sure

Am pretty sure most ppl here around the same ballpark... Jam = bad FC, Long distance cruising= wonderful FC.
Snail drive = good FC, Racer mode = high FC.

I shall juz wait and see the final product...
BTW guys, Tissue from Garage sale said there's new MyVI body kit and to fit it +RM1,500 top up from standard MyVI price... Not sure whether it's aftermarket bk or Perodua Ori BK...
