Yes ^^ new cage, it's plastic tank actually lol! And new wheel, was hesitating buying the wheel cos it's not 8" when I measure it but when I search for Habitrail Wheel in lowyat, found few posts on V6 that the wheel is okay for Syrian, lucky lol!
But when I re-read 1st page, I *think* my food isnt the one recomended here x_x will go replenish some soon. Interested with the smoothie offered here too but no Petshack here T_T Added on May 29, 2008, 11:18 pm QUOTE(anderyna @ May 29 2008, 11:14 PM) haiz... my syrian still dont like me holding her. put her on palm will walk here and there, use food to pancing her, she ignore me.. walao.. like she is the boss maybe her behavior is like that.. i cant force her This post has been edited by Katrinah: May 29 2008, 11:18 PM |

QUOTE(juvenile86 @ May 29 2008, 09:34 PM) How to do a urine test on my hamster without sending him to vet? Sorry if someone asked this question before me. This is hamster, not human.... and you also not a professional pathologist. Why not let the pro do the job??QUOTE(jayniel @ May 29 2008, 09:43 PM) i guess u can find those strips in pharmacy outlets.. cos i know there are glucose test strips for testing human diabetes, maybe u can use that as well, cos it's testing the same thing: glucose.. I don't think human's urine having the same content with hamster's urine. The sugar level in hamster compare with human is also different, how can use the same thing to measure different thing? Do you know what's the abnormal sugar level for hamsters? The test must do random or fasting? ....etc.....QUOTE(vergas @ May 29 2008, 09:51 PM) Exactly!!! If evevrything on earth is the same then we do not need the pro already lor... the pro can go jobless.QUOTE(Katrinah @ May 29 2008, 10:57 PM) Lol no lah I have sweaty palm all the time. in fact I'm wetting my keyboard now as I type =S That's a symptom called hyperhidrosis . You can seek for treatment as there's surgical treatment available here. The thing is, i have serrriiouslly wet hand. I know you arent suppose to bath a hamster, but I can literally soak him if I hold him long enough lol. This is a hindering me from holding him T_T He finally went onto my palm just now (yay! ^^) but I have to put him down in 3 sec cos my hand is sweating already x_x You do anything about ur sweaty palms when touching ur hamster? |
