Oh, really? Found one unit in summit usj the other day. Will check it out after work. Plan to find one after knowing it also works does not work on 360. So can use to play Forza 3 while waiting for GT5.

Anyway, what's diff between G25 and G27 in terms of functions etc?

It's more or less the same function but G27 has a digital rev meter on the steering wheel. Price change is huge (G25 was RM880, G27 is 1199).

Sellers told me they don't take in G25 already as G27 is the replacement for G25. That is why I was forced to get DFGT (Anyway, it does the job well so far).

I am not sure whether the gated gearbox is of any good because I see 99% of steering wheel users are using sequential gearbox to top the fastest time in GT5 time trial.

The gated GB is not bad, but high prone to mis shift or shift wrong gear
Sometimes didn't even masuk gear LOL

I am too used to paddle shifters, easier for me. My friend loves the gated GB, then I told him, try the F1 car then you know....

Just officially got myself a near mint G25. Planning to get a new ones but after a bit searching, found a seller that is willing to let go his G25 with a reasonable price. Save me a couple of hundred bucks.

Eager to test it out, I went back, took me some time to tidying up the wiring, pop in gt5p and I swear nearly broke the gear change switch when I wanted to try the gated gear change mode(should press the gear lever in before twisting the switch).

Just went online to search for how to use the clutch for gt5p. I thought I saw it somewhere in this topic

In which screen? Just before the race? Tried it out but nothing happened.

Don't worry aaron. Tested it out, it does not work with 360. But still, love the steering. Totally worth the money. Maybe i'll get the official microsoft steering for forza then.
