It's more or less the same function but G27 has a digital rev meter on the steering wheel. Price change is huge (G25 was RM880, G27 is 1199).
Sellers told me they don't take in G25 already as G27 is the replacement for G25. That is why I was forced to get DFGT (Anyway, it does the job well so far).
I am not sure whether the gated gearbox is of any good because I see 99% of steering wheel users are using sequential gearbox to top the fastest time in GT5 time trial.
Just officially got myself a near mint G25.

Planning to get a new ones but after a bit searching, found a seller that is willing to let go his G25 with a reasonable price. Save me a couple of hundred bucks.
Eager to test it out, I went back, took me some time to tidying up the wiring, pop in gt5p and I swear nearly broke the gear change switch when I wanted to try the gated gear change mode(should press the gear lever in before twisting the switch).
Just went online to search for how to use the clutch for gt5p. I thought I saw it somewhere in this topic
