You can DIY at home.

what you'll need:

ground cayenne pepper
regular black pepper
ground chili pepper
lemon juice
salt
small spray bottle (a used one or one from hobby lobby)
Pepper juices (Cut tip off of the pepper, the part farthest down from the stem. The heat of a pepper is mainly in the tip)
Soap or bleach,it uber burns.

instructions:

Mix your ingredients together, You might want to mix the dry ingredients together first, then taste it to see how spicy it is, and if it's spicy enough to bring tears to your eyes then it's perfect.

Mix it with your lemon juice. It's enough to make your target want to cry like a baby.

Adding Bleach is optional but it makes it more irritating.

Put it in the spray bottle. You can get an old one that's empty but make sure its empty. If you don't have one, then you can go to Hobby Lobby or another crafts store. It should be small enough to fit in the average sized purse or backpack.

But ofc buying it would be better, this is a way for you to make it incase you couldn't find it/buy it.
