normally u need to put extra module for that.. all brands are like that... say ipod ready, steering control ready, bluetooth ready... but u need to buy the module first ....

p/s: ipod cable for clarion hu is already 200++, anyone know where to get it cheaper?

Hopefully can get some review, but none onthe web. And need to make sure that when the screen goes out, it will not hit the gear stick as I plan to but it on the lower Din. If put in the upper Din, it will obstuct the aircond vents.

Actually, Kenwood also have this control by steering function, but donno if compatible onot. But with touch screen, it not a big problem.

No need to use Ipod lar.. Just buy those 4GB thumbdrive (RM50) and connect it to the USB port. Cheaper. But you will loose the 'cool' factor.

bout the sound performance.. dun have comment on that.. n yes waja have that for the side mirror.. n dont have OD function. (normally OD used in AT car with P-R-N-D-2-L)

for me... i will get DVD HU.. just burn ur songs n video inside... since DVD is quite cheap oso... budget alot lo...

btw spiroth, my clarion unit is made in japan. its hard to get product that made from japan nowadays... my mom's sony xplode is made in thailand (original from sony).

one more thing that i noticed.. the speaker system used in this waja is a dissapointment... satria neo is have much more better speaker

I've once asked a friend (he's studying at Japan) to buy me these kind of HU, but ke say better buy from Malaysia due to the region code thingy and issue with 'ehem' disc.

eh.. i tot OD there is another button to press? sorry ya.. my previous ride was Wira 1.5 AT. still new to this car... pai seh

normally if u see AT car with P-R-N-D-3-2-L, it won't have OD button... same like the new vios.. don't have OD button not like the old one

Better use USB, DVD drive got 'lifetime'.

Most 'ahem' DVD is region free.

owh ok.. so theoretically it won't have any problem la kan? but i have a few of original dvd.. never try it yet...
