I bought it for d colour (Blue Agate), the "CPS", and overall great interior. Nvr test drive also, juz went to dealer and said "Kasi satu CPS"

Just bought myself a turtle wax platinum leather cleaner & conditioner. Tiring stuff to do... but really gives the leather a real good shine... and smells good too. Still got the back seats to do and the door trim... funny how the gen2 leather got all the small holes on the seat and the cream always get inside... sigh... but disappears after drying... any of you CPS-ians use this product?? any other recommendations???

still less than 500kms... waiting for 1st service... difficult to engage 4th gear... hopefully a change in gear oil will help... anyone got his problem with their MT??? there is also 1 loose screw in the bootlid... rolling around when i do corners...annoying... but handling is excellent...

180 on 4th gear @ 7k RPM. This is believe. I tried on elite highway, slighly above 6.5k rpm the redline i was at 170 already.

One thing i dont like is that, after it shifts into 5th gear or after 160kph, the pick up is not there anymore.

Very diff from my old lude, 3rd gear whack until 180 and 4th all the way to 230.

Then you better change the alarm set or to be save just out additional sterring lock. 

I was quoted by the SC:

1. Blank Immobilizer Key - Rm111
2. Transponder - Rm33 x 2 [1 for new key and another for the spare key i am using now]
3. Alarm Set - RM220+

Total to be settled under Rm400. Shit man, this is an expensive lesson. If i want to change the whole car key slot, It cost Rm980++, plus all the immobilizer up to Rm1200++

Added on May 10, 2008, 9:15 amI was told by the SC Damansara Jaya that they couldn't reprogram the ICU but only with the new Transponder arrive they can recode the whole thing synchronizing with the ECU.

After 1k service, the next one is 5k service right? Why the SC state in the resit, the next oil change(servise remark) will be at 6k plus? Does it mean that SC wont change it at my 5k servise?

I got myself the Kit wax for 0-2 years paint job... But the best now is likt the Turtle Wax ICE... no need to wax, haze and wipe... just wax and wipe... no powdery residue like normal wax... but RM 90++ 1 btl...

As long as you use a clean cloth to wipe it away then no powdery residue lor....

Does your soft99 has the white residue too???

Powdery residue mostly depends on how thick you applied the wax
If its thin then most of the residue will stick to the cloth and you wont notice any loose ones....

i got my waja cps last wednesday.. but today already langgar tiang..  got some scratch and also kemek a bit.. anybody know to fix it?? need to ketuk ar? then need to paid for the paint.. arrghh.. so troublesome.. if using soft99 as mention can reduce the scratch is it? or i need to use some special liquid? any suggesstion? thanks..

You spamming too much already if the residue is alot inside. Just use a VERY VERY thin layer when you wax.It is useless to put a thick layer of wax because in the end you are wiping it off only leaving a thin layer on it. Even if got residue inside you wont notice it cause it is VERY VERY little.
And also you can use a extra soft toothbrush to clean anything in gaps.
No white residue liquid wax doesnt mean it is more suitable for black cars......in fact paste wax looks nicer than liquid wax on black or white or any colour and it is cheaper.(You use alot less.)

Patience the right tool if you wan to avoid or remove that  

yup... just change mine to clarion max676vd.. rm2800. i'm looking for the latest one, max686bt.. but couldn't find it. so just take that one. other upgrade were ecotint ray barrier(rm1200) and captor-rf (rm1688). next upgrade... gab suspension ss series.. and maybe some upgrade on speakers

i bought it at seremban, jln temiang.. they are clarion authorized distributor.. i've asked them about the latest hu.. including the one that u want (dvd 1 din with small display)... but its not out yet...i'll change to the latest when they are out... bout the audio control.. nope its not working unless u add the module which will cost another 300++... maybe i'll add on later. and nope.. it can't play divx.. but i think..its ok la for the price u pay.. normally it will cost >3k for 2din touchscreen that can play divx
