Guys,
How to reduce the body roll during corner? Any recommendation? currently my car is all stock. 1 other thing, if I change to Iridium spark plug, can feel any diff compared to standard one? Will it affect FC and warranty? |

QUOTE(sphiroth @ May 3 2008, 02:45 PM) Go for sport suspension, damper and spring combo. If not, just spring only. If still not satisfied, can put additional strut bar, fender bar, thicker Anti roll bar etc.. If just change to more low profile tyre? THis will increase the road noise right? for example 55 series.. I dont want to make my car a hard ride For me, better go for aftermarket airfilter. Why? Because it a one time investment (life time warranty, only need reoil). You mean the K&N airfilter? More perfomance more FC? Added on May 3, 2008, 3:12 pm QUOTE(chinseong @ May 3 2008, 03:00 PM) Hi, i'm chinseong. The BG waja cps onwer, nw only realized i made a mistake ysdy by using my bro account 2 report myself. Nice 2 meet u guys here. Anyway, did pizi done his tinted? What colour can match BG well? QUOTE(chinseong @ May 3 2008, 03:20 PM) Change low profile tyre definately incrase the road noise and feel bumpy. K&N drop in will make the engine 'breathe' smoother and if u r able to control ur urge to press more of the gas pedal (since it's more powerful and u tend 2 drive more aggressively) it will result it better FC. Haa...looks like the air filter is a good bet to start....ehehe So. the only way to get less body roll by changing the stock spring and damper....haiyo |

QUOTE(sphiroth @ May 5 2008, 10:29 PM) Well.. If you have faith in Proton warranty, wait till the 3 years is up (5 years only for engine and transmission). For me, one year enough already. So, whack the car in one year time and replaced (warranty of course) everything that broken. BJV something le.....hehehe..forget the number already For exhaust, I'll wait for the CPS setup by R3. The current one is for Campro only. Don't know bout auto, but dragging my car is more fun now. BJV...? Added on May 5, 2008, 10:30 pm Air filter I think.. BTW, yesterday I saw a waja with rear light that looks like 5series...reeaaalllllyyyyy nice |

Forgot to report my car newest FC.
travel distance : 540km refill : RM92 ( at 47.919 liter) 0.17/km 11.27km/l To date, this is the highest fuel when refill. waja full tank is 60l, means that still left about 12 liter. But the fuel meter already "orange" and almost at E.... |

Has any member pump fuel more than 50l? or 55 liter? or even 60?
Just wondering the "truth" of waja fuel tank. If really 60l, then should be able to the drive about 30-40km more... need to be prepared for future, emergency or berani mati time This post has been edited by eastwest: May 6 2008, 10:33 PM |

QUOTE(sphiroth @ May 6 2008, 11:07 PM) I think 60 litre is the max capacity. Meaning we can still fill in after the petrol pump nozzle auto stop. Maybe can put extra 5 litre before it start to spill out. So, don't try to push too far, unless prepare with bottle fill with petrol. You mean everytime we fuel our car, when pump nozle auto stop, it doesnt necessarily mean the fuel tank is full already? Let say I pump about 50 litre, and the pump auto stop, I assume there are still about 10 litre in the fuel before replenish? Cancel the earlier strategy....dont want to push my car any futher anymore.... This post has been edited by eastwest: May 6 2008, 11:16 PM |
