how come panning.. the motion blur is just at the front and dont have at the back? can be like that ka?

When you drive faster, the background gets more blur, so even when my shutter speed is 1/200sec, and we're driving about 300km/h, it will be blur, it pretty much makes sense. Shutter speed works with light, velocity and motion.

Its sharped because the focus is fixed at one point. That is why when photographers shoot football players, the person is sharp and the background has a nice out-of-focus.

Everything is pretty much common sense here, you just need to think twice sometimes.
