You guys already have so-called "rules" posted in your first post of the thread:

1) Action: Cut down on OT, try to add on some TF relevant stuff to accompany your OT posts.
2)Action: If you fail to do so, please add on a spoiler tag to them
3) Action: Reduce picture size to a good size, stretching the forum is totally unacceptable. Preferred size among TF thread denizens=640x480. Think of those using laptops.
4) Action: Trolling/Flaming. Do not make posts that are inflammatory just to upset people.
Result: Your thread will be closed, your post may be deleted and a warning may be given depending on severity
5) Action: Discussion, distribution or posting links to pirated software, pornography or any kind of copyrighted materials.
Result: Offending post will be deleted and user will be warned. Repeat offenders will get a temporary suspension to their account.
6) Action: Spamming - posting unconstructively, bumping topics unnecessarily, opening multiple threads are all considered as spamming.
Results: Offending threads or post will be deleted and a warning given to the offender.
7) Action: Commercial-oriented posts, blatant commercial advertising, referral links, links in signatures for commercial purposes are not allowed. The exception would be links to threads in the Trade Zone in your signature.
Result: Links removed and a warning will be issued, repeat offenders will have their accounts suspended.

I dont mind if you want to organise a gathering, you can open a new thread specifically for it. For example, when the Gundam people wanted a gathering, they opened a thread for it. After the event is over, close the thread. You can even ask me or Vinc to pin it up.
And please, for the love of God, if you want to chat about the animation, head on over to Anime Shrine. I'd rather you guys only talk about the toys in here.
