Yes,  first they limit to only 200k loan. Now they stop altogether. So now I cannot terminate my 400k loan anymore. Contemplating ASB 2 loan.

Moral of the story, utilise everything you can while you still can.

I am planning to make 4 loans.
50k + 50k for asb1
30k + 70k for asb2

Not sure got approval or not as i am having 2 mortgages with me.

Also contemplating taking ASB2 loan and remove the current cash 200k in ASB 2 elsewhere. But don't know where to park yet

Hmmm.... I actually need about 100k to renovate my new house. So i might just take up the ASB 2 loan and use the freed up cash to renovate.

So it'll be like borrowing to renovate and paying the instalments to ASB2 loan. All the while maintaining the dividends received.

Good plan?

Is it recommended for Fresh Graduate to take this ASB loan?

Just now I went to Maybank to update my ASB book, the counter staff advised me to take ASB Loan.

BUTTTT, I feel afraid to take this loan because my salary is just okay okay, I also need to pay my car loan, PTPTN loan, bills etc.

Sigh. Dunno whether i should take it or not..

if a person has like rm700k in asb and asb2, can he/she apply for rm200k loan?

Cimb just launch asb 2 last few day .. and the family package for asb is 5.0 interest rate until end of April. But we strongly believe it will be extend again because this package is last year launch and keep extend because the market demand .. normal is 5.2 interest rate. Or if u refinancing your asb from other bank to cimb then also can get 5.0 interest rate . But must get the offer letter from other bank
