what I heard it's PNB decided to stop because unitholder "missuse" the loans by terminating the loans early then reapply again and again. looks like it's gonna be juz like ODASB & ODASW which was terminated previously

so is there any 'special' rate offer by the banks since tis month is last to offer asb loans?
