I just want to add from what I read across the internet,

1) we refinance our house to kill others loan. the result, we pay the house loan only and reduce the commitment.

2) if you guys got business opportunity let me know biggrin.gif

Im a refinancing specialist. Nowadays most of my cases have been mortgage refinancing, which is used to unlock the value of the properties. You can either sell OR refinance the property.

Keep in mind that I am a practitioner, I do mortgages as part of my bread and butter, not just spewing theory out of my behind laugh.gif

This. Haha.

6% is a miracle
5% is good enough
4% is ok la FD rate.
1-3% is suicide. Mak kau hijau najib marah khairy marah Mahathir marah semua marah.

But since this is a ASB Loan’s thread,

I guess the 6 months moratorium cash is good enough already despite the lower dividend  icon_rolleyes.gif

Currently, starting from 1 July - 31 July, ASNB is having a promo for the registration of Hibah Amanah. Hibah Amanah is sort of penama for your money in the ASNB funds.

Normal registration fee is RM 180. Now only just RM 50.

For more info: https://www.asnb.com.my/hapapromo.php

Hypothetical question.. if I have MYR100k in hand, more profitable to park all into asb or use that money for paying asbf MYR200k?
*
IMHO pick the 200k route. You can try MS EXCELL it to compare.

1. Not advised to use rolling method unless no options left

2. Yes its a loan so yes will get into your profiles

3. If your profile is very good, can get all products from 1 bank. My case, nope. High exposure biggrin.gif

By the way, one more question, why you guys insist not to take takaful at the first place? The agent told me that if add in the takaful, the price of the installment is the same.

So what is the use of that?
*
If same just take it.

% gap so huge can give free coverage
