went for the interview last week regarding the management trainee position, it was simple for me
and they called this morning, apparently it was a success and I need to go for a medical check up tomorrow
btw I got credit analyst instead of sales job, not too bad i guess.

May I ask is it the interview only conducted in HQ KL?

What position they will offer us after 1 year MT at PBB?

Is it guaranteed that they will upgrade those MTs to SE? And they will upgrade them after a year or it can be longer? I'm clueless

Let say if I terminate the position in 1 months, do I get the salary for the month I have work? and it is any penalty there?

Not quite sure but for termination is just required 24 hours of notice from either parties(bank or applicant). Am I correct?

I am asking this because I may get the offer from big4 auditor and thinking to switch it.

working day in the offer letter will only from mom - fri, right?

hye guys..i just been accepted the offer as management trainee (HP deprt) in taman maluri. and i know about the long working hours and the environment as well. as fresh grads i don't mind about those things. but i wonder why turn over in this positions plus in this branch is high? can someone that have experiences share about it in details.

any experienced staff here? would like to inquire if we join in mid-year as management trainee under probation, do they entitled for year end bonus at pro-rate rate? or not entitled to bonus at all? as my acknowledgement they will be place under probation for 6 months. so anyone can enlighten me?

The pay is ‘attractive’ compare to other small companies but serious if u plan to work long, this is not the right company. The people, the mindset, Mayb HQ will be different but branch people is often narrow minded. They judge every single thing you do. Try for few weeks, first day for me is very hard. I go home and cry and couldn’t sleep cause it’s terribly stress thinking to go work. Stepping into a new office with excitement end up people label you as ‘millennial’ who couldn’t work even BEFORE u wanted to try. They doesn’t teach because they say every GT leave one la, don’t need waste time. Some doesn’t even bother to introduce themselve to you. Terrible.
