I've just read many pages of this thread. Are my conclusions about this program acccurate?

1. Many people are interested in this program
2. Many of who done it hate it because of long working hours, below avg pay and nasty managers
3. Alot of people want non-sales posting, but are offered sales posting.
4. Often the HR isn't upfront when they want you for sales
5. Sales posting means bank teller?
6  No one mentions what departments exactly non-sales posting are (except for credit analysis)

So what I am really curious is which department or departments do the non-sales trainees work at?

i wondering in hire purchase sales, how they sale their product? its not like u call customer n ask "hey u want to buy a car?" or is it?? lols.

I see, so in other words, for the non-sales posting, you're basically being trained to be a bank/branch manager, am I right?

If I'm interested in other jobs at the PB HQ like their financial services/investment/accounting/hr, what route do I use? Is there a similar trainee program or are they different types of entry level positions specific to those departments?

Maybe you are not very interested in sales related position
I don't mind for sales job if I am allocated to the branch near my house, because i can go back home in short time even i work until late

No blue form dy. I went in before no fill in what blue form also. Lol
GL in HP dept. HP workload sucks. Because the system doesnt shutdown, unlike if ure in credit analyst, the system will shutdown at 9 lidat. SO wan work pun cannot. And since public bank famous for its speed in processing loans, guess who will be the one suffering.   
It is commission based, if not why work so hard lol. Only jobs such as credit analyst is not commission based.

I received a call from PB bank and I been assigned to unit trust executive Is it okie with this position ? any one here know what actually is it ? Coz I have no idea about this position ... Thanks guys 😊

yup ... 15 case per day .. u not looking wrong ..
the first week i work .. 3 case .. 2nd week 5 case ..
1 month later 8 case .. 1 and half month is 10 case until now ..
10 case everyday alr make me feel like wanna die .. unless meet alot of ccris adverse case .. if not cannot finish my case everyday ..
and .. my HOD still ask me to increase soon .. what a happy job 
my senior all minimum 20 case per day ..
thats why i have started to find another job
wan run before i get my 15 case ...
by the way .. do u know how to make internal transfer ??
if can wan internal transfer to Investment department that what i really interest on ..

maybe .. but at the end is not what i interest on ..
so never think to work for long in this position ..

my center got more than 80% of the mo, po, co all is base on senior level that work almost 20 year ++ in pbb
new person really too less .. specially po ... im a GT .. and the 2nd most young is the one that work 4 years in thr ..
over workload really killing people ...
specially when meet some same team senior mc or on leave .. i direct get a 30 case per day even though i just work for 2 month .. now the 3rd month going to end soon .. planning to leave alr even havent get job .
gonna get crazy soon ... the HOD also crazy .. 30 case per day .. and plan i can settle in one day ..
work for 13 hours per day and 6 day per week .. still need kena scold that cannot finish all those cases ..
