bonded 2 years can't leave when they accept this position and it seems they throw you around to the position which can't meet the target eg. SME loans etc
*
what? bonded for 2 years? when do they have this bonding system? did your friend join PBB just recently?

well,it really doesn't matter if they didn't rotate me to other department,i can still stick to the original department and try to enhance myself...

hi there,I just came back from the interview at Menara Public Bank, took abt 30minutes to finished the interview, but I feels horrible, I don't think they will hire me, of cause I feel nervous, sure they can notice, both the interviewer are ladies, but they quite nice, they only ask me abt my previous job, what is my job scope, did they give any target, why I resigned, whr do I stay, which are do I prefer to work at, I got my own transport? and in the end, they said they do not have anymore question to ask me...

is this show that my chances of getting hired is very low? so sad...
*
were u asked to fill in a blue form after the interview? if no, then i'm sorry, chances are lower sad.gif

No,they didn't ask me to fill in blue form except the application form....
sigh.....I knew it,my performance was out of expectation today.....very sad...

hmm, dont worry.. it's not like u are definitely out.. jst that chances are lower..
there are quite a number of banks which are currently hiring. So dont constraint yourself with only PBB. Be more aggresive and try to secure as much interviews as possible. Be well prepared for each interviews, be confident and mature. Eventually u'll secure a job tongue.gif

To those who is being called up for interview at PUBLIC BANK especially in Corporate Banking, or so called for discussion, here are 10 reasons why you should not EVER join Public Bank, Corporate Banking...

1) it's a F-up place. politics to the max.

2) Managers are like CCTV. They monitor every single moment.

3) You always get the hands me down item. Even though managers are using PCs which are less than 2 years old, they will still get those newer ones.

4) Increments - no matter how donkey hardwork u put it, the increment is merely peanuts... lowest is 5% or around RM120. Branch officers get even 3x more than this.

5) Promotion - same like increment. It's not performance based but rather than quota basis and boot licking tactics.

6) You won't learn anything... A probation clerk was fired because she did not perform. The truth is she was asked to search for files, wipe papers and shred papers.

7) If you don't perform, they would not extend your probation. They will forced you to sign the letter that you did not perform. And the next mon there is a termination letter on your table.

8)  When bosses fired you they won't be personally hand the letter to the poor staff. Instead they always MIA. And the letter is always backdate (no advance notice)

9) The bosses even worst... meeting always 1 hour after office hours.

10) You have to come back to office no matter what time or where you are (including if you are on your lunch break or on the way back in the LRT).

So pls do not fall into Corporate Banking trap. Join the branch. They are ten folds better than the above f-up department.

LOL simply because public bank corporate banking is relatively small..their strength lies in retail banking.. or property financing. other than that...fail tongue.gif
