Hey, i went for the interview yesterday for the management trainee sales and marketing position and the interviewers asked some rather tricky question.. =(

well, the thing is my friend went for the same interview today and after the interview they asked him to fill up a blue colour form. (they dint ask me to fill any blue form after the interview)

i wonder if this mean ive done badly and ive been rejected?

any of you guys been to the PBB interview and had been asked to fill in a blue form after the interview? what does it mean?
*
omg, how tricky are the questions??
btw, i just received call from PB few days ago for an interview on nxt tuesday..anyone going? biggrin.gif

Hi everybody..... i am very interested in the management trainee post in public bank actually.
I just wish to ask,
is public bank very concern about academic result?
because my result is not very outstanding  sad.gif
I just got my law degree from UK, only managed to get Second Class Lower (2:2)  blush.gif
do you all think i am qualified?
thank you very much for your information smile.gif
*
erm, im sorry to say but chances that they'll take a look at your resume are low. the minimum CGPA is 3.0. but anyway, why dont you give it a try and send your resume to them. who knows what will happen? biggrin.gif

erm, jst send your resume to them. u wont get the same salary as the other fresh grads do cause u have experiences already. but then FYI, a standard fresh grads diploma holder will be paid 2.2K.

Hi everyone,

I just went for sales and marketing post in Public Bank few days ago, after the interview I was asked to fill up the BLUE FORM (wondering Am i recruited?)

I am curious that is it possible to transfer to MANAGEMENT TRAINEE after few years I work as sales and marketing post ? This is because actually I am applying both MT and SALES and MARKETING POST (and I am more interested in MT) , but they phone me to interview for SALES AND MARKETING POST.

ANy expert mind to share and tell me what to do ?

THank LOts. !! happy.gif

basically if u were told to fill in the blue form, 90% chance that u'll secure a job over there. PBB doesnt have a standard management trainee program, therefore, dont hope to be switching or rotating in diffrerent department.

QUOTE(SilverSpoon @ Jul 24 2008, 06:27 PM)
Well, i'm not sure if the salary is high or not. But there's another post in this "job and careers" forum titled "Public Bank Sales and Marketing Executive!" where people complain about the so called Sales and Marketing Exec job is actually selling ING insurance. Go check out the other post i mentioned.

Added on July 24, 2008, 6:32 pm

Thanks Gravity.
Anyway, are you an ex-public bank staff? Just curious.
It's ok if you don't feel like answering this question. smile.gif
*
im not a staff there, im someone who actually got an offer from pbb but somehow rejected the offer. actually i didnt mean to reject the job lol. it's a long story and i dont think it's ethical to comment about their policy publicly. if u wanna know it maybe u can pm me lol.

oh ya back to stanley,

if u really wanted that job so much, dont try to negotiate with the HR in any sense, u'll regret tongue.gif

in fact, if you survey the current market price of management trainee and fresh grad in MNC is at 3K and above. so 2.8K + 120 handphone allowance is nothing biggrin.gif
