1. of all i need to know wat model psp u r using is ta-082 or ta-079 or ta086
got many kinds of model


2. inside each psp has it's own key="windows registry"
to fix the problem u having is to fix the key. go search the website for brightness fix then only up grade the 3.71m33 cfw

3. as for slim psp can make pandora battery make sure is orignal battery

I was a psp owner but I never face this problem before.I was on 3.80 when I bought my psp.
Oh well the only think you can do now is
reboot it since you can't see any thing on the screen.
you enable your memory stick USB when you are at the reboot menu.
format memory stick.

1. If you downloaded and moved your CFW to your GAME,GAME380 or GAME180. If yes.delete it.
Try resetting your psp again.If it doesn't work. The best way is to format your memory stick.
If is still doesn't work. You have messed up your flash 0 is because you had probably displace in a flash 0
which you need to use your back up flash 0 which will restore back your psp at normal state.

2. Probably because you didn't wait for it to update to 3.71m33 and didn't read Alex's readme that is in the file that you downloaded.

3. If is black screen probably means your psp is bricked/dead.
Have to pandorize it. By doing that you can use your psp slim battery to make it pandora and buy a 3rd party battery as for a normal battery.
You can google it. If you're curious why PSP SLIM can be pandorize.
If you don't want to take risk.Then get someone expert to help you pandorize e.g psp repair
in KL costs around 20~30 I guess..try to bargain

try to make more friendsin LYN. It helps=D


next time you had better download and update it in your pc then only move it to your game folder that is located in your PSP MMS>>PSP>>GAME

updating wirelessly in your PSP cause troublesome and kinda slow.

why not? The TS are having problems with his psp.
if you don't unbrick something then how can something be solve?Unless you keep buying a new psp ?
These are the only ways to brick
and settling in google will only bring you to the same way to solve it.

btw is legal and is also the only way to recover your psp.
a guy name ekai under garage sales is repairing,unbricking and modding psp/xbox360/ps2/ps3/nintendo
and many other shop threads like gamers solution,sce,raveglove are also provide unbricking services.

Is better guide in person.how ever i not presume that i am a "god" that weileongz mention.

they r many step to unbrick is how ever u all need to go look for the infomation in the web to do so,some how many ppl is scare to do so because of experiance,i have once brick my psp "ta-082(phat psp)" then i take to a shop for hardware mod cost me about RM 300.00 ,after that i try to do more research on how to unbrick it..

i have no bad intention to all of u, just need to share my experiance to anothers that all....

same thing happened to mine.
i updated to 5.00 m33-3 ,

everything was fine, i could play the lastest NFS: undercover.

then suddenly, PSP hang. once i reboot, there's nothing on the screen. Green light keeps flashing, and also the MSPD orange light keeps flashing. no sound no image.

i brought it to the shop, they tried with pandora bettery, cannot open either...............

if ur psp is semibrick then maybe u can try the Hellcats Recovery Flasher, it doesnt require pandora and it runs from the recovery menu
