Nah, I take around 1-2 hours. As long as you have a steady influx of nutrients still within your system, it's fine. 3 hours plus is of course retarded.

For example, today's shoulder workout routine at TruFitness Jaya 33 was:-

Hammer strength plate loaded shoulder press

Lifefitness lateral raises

Lifefitness rear delt machine

Dumbbell front raises
