yo darkie...ive read that u have been training for about 10years now? if so then at what age did u start? any errors at the beginning?
cause ive joined gym for about 2 years now and i can safely say ive
wasted about 1year+ of it by not working out hard enough..starting i was just doing cardio, some machines,no proper workout routine, useless dietÂ

a lot of trial and error stuff..did u encounter the same things(this question can also be answered by all the guys who lift hard here)..
cheers!
You can consider me actually training for just 5 years. The first 3 years i was f***ing around, drinking water preworkout, not eating breakfast, waiting more than 3 hours after gym before eating anything. It was only after I met and chatted with Americans on AIM and met Terry Gallyot did I start seriously.

Dude, I'm still learning even though I've a year and a half of solidly working out in the gyrm. Heck, I'm going in today trying to rectify my shoddy bench press! I guess it really is about trial and error for some and I think it applies to darklight as well. Remembered like he used to follow HIT or something.
Better late than never, Aztec!
HIT is inherently flawed from the beginning. Too much CNS stress, not enough volume. It's ok for deloading but not long term use. One simply cannot achieve linear progression indefinitely. If you're interested in low volume effective training, check out DoggCrapp, Dante's program.

hehehe i pity u JonYeap.. yeah i undestand u darkie, but dont la so garang.. ;P
Wtf x 3?
Actually I'm really friendly in person. Lol. It's just that when i work out i get serious, not even cut chicks can distract me in the gym. I just don't pay them any heed.
