Yesterday I got stopped at Hartarmas Road Block, the police asked whether I got the permit for the tinted glass? I show him the permit and having got the approval, he said I was speeding instead... 99 over a 80km zone! He didn't give me a saman in the end, he said it will be sent to me? Is that true?

If I get 3 saman a year, does that mean my driver's points are all gone?

i dont really know how the driver system points work and i dont really bother. was the person who stopped u a traffic policeman or an ordinary L/Kprl ?

its was a road block, there were tons of them! it was a traffic police. he showed me that he will write up a saman similar to that in his book (showed me his saman book). wtf?

there wasn't anyone at the usual camera hideout spot. I know cause I pass that place very often. does it matter they can't show prove of me speeding?

no it doesnt unfortunately. If the saman arrives for you eventhough u didnt do it, u also have absolutely no proof to show cause for as well.
Therefore it will be your words, against a uniformed officer's words. And the smaller majistrets usually would prefer to listen from the uniformed officers words. Even if you were to travel with the GPS nav system, because of several flaws, the GPS units cannot be the deciding factor.
