In malaysia.. Government no brain.. People say HID can blind people.. Then they wan be the nice guy.. Ban HID..
HID blind people becoz those are cheap and installed by unprofessional people.. If they do research properly.. Any light also can blind when shoot directly to ur face..
HID can save life.. Many old car's headlight is not very bright.. Not like those round shape light which is bright.. Example kelisa, atoz, kenari, myvi, etc..
More over malaysia's road many potholes, no road lamp, etc... Thanks to JKR ( Jangan Kerja Rajin )..

Proton seriously overpriced with its quality.. One bang at 80km/h on other car.. Sure KO.. People die in accident becoz Proton kills... Somemore government support it .. Raise Overseas car at least 300% tax duty..

dark tint does not assure safety for ur acc only dark safety tint will...expensive wor..

go and find a skin/eye specialist
ask the doctor to write a letter stating that you've eye/skin disease
then go to JPJ to seek approval

actually as i read on paultan's website.. JPJ doesn't even have a proper guideline on the HID crackdown.. whether it is the temperature color or bad angles.. they should come up with one before starting the crackdown.. sigh.. these ppl

if not mistaken 4300k color temp is a optimize color temp and it is comfortable to our eyes rite? correct me if i wrong

he can tint his car, but he doesn't want
i told him to find the doctor to write a letter, then give it to me
i want to tint my car

for them, they just ban everything, no matter what
it's easier for them that way
