Tropics mall problem existed pre-MCO. There are just too many shopping malls surrounding that location eg.1Utama, Curve-ikea-IPC, Starling, Atria, Paradigm, 17 mall... crazy... situation won't improve anytime soon

The shopping mall didn’t follow the crowd and give free 1 hour parking even as it was dying. Now uniqlo, daiso and other tenants and supermarkets have left, got free parking also no reason to visit.

Ok another example of equity halving. Property is a wealth preservation tool some say. Add to that a diminishing ringgit, you have well and truly lost out to inflation in a currency with weakening PPP.It’s a real shame. This is my local mall and I’ve enjoyed coming here with no crowds during Covid on top of getting a cinema to myself just when things opened.
