Nearby locals like to eat and buy groceries here. Got POS Malaysia and good variety of ATM. Working people like to meet here for discussion and meals. Watch movie convenient, got music class for kids. Want to buy property got Tropicana showroom LOL!

The shopping mall didn’t follow the crowd and give free 1 hour parking even as it was dying. Now uniqlo, daiso and other tenants and supermarkets have left, got free parking also no reason to visit.
