Ok, this is my case.I bought a GC from a forumer.

But when i received the card, 1 one the blade of the heatsink fan already broken.

i ask for refund from the seller, but he refuse and say that item that spoiled during

shipping is not seller responsible.

So i need opinion from all the forumer here on this issue, tq.

well did the seller package the stuff properly? (with paper n proper padding)

if he did, then i guess its the courier services fault and u should have taken some sort of insurance hmm.gif

graphic cards are pretty fragile when shipped u know.

Seriously, in legal term of business, seller are required to take responsibility for shipping mishap.

I believe that is also the standard rules practiced in lelong.com.my but not in LYN somehow.

Anyway, does the package is in good condition when u receive it?
If the package is good condition, how can the fan blade get spoiled?

Btw tell us who is the seller, coz i saw someone posted asking about spoiled gc fan can go RMA or not.
Maybe its the same guy

So, either one side is lying.
supermad, pls take pic of the broken part and post here.

As usual, online dispute are just words against words.
Seller can claim packed perfectly no way will damage, and buyer can claim broken once opened.

Im not god and i wont know who is telling the truth.
Hardwares without serial number are hard to be recognized unless got some obvious tracking method.

Yea I was just thinking about this also.. There is a possibility.

But I doubt fan blade will snap off if its inside a cushioned box.
